Acting as Owner's Representative for the 100,000 square foot, $9 million brewery and 10,000 square foot taproom/restaurant.

This location will serve as BrewDog's US headquarters and production facility. Additionally, this will be their first bar and taproom in the United States.

The brewery facility was completed in September of 2016 and the Dogtap Bar and Restaurant was completed in February of 2017. Additionally, the Dog House hotel — a beer-centric hotel — was completed in August of 2018 as the 5th completed project for BrewDog and McCarthy Consulting.
