Design and construction of a 562 car parking garage and street improvements in Old Dublin. A portion of the parking garage will be shared with the new Columbus Metropolitan Library branch being constructed simultaneously. 

The project was completed on time and within budget. The new facility, streets and park were officially opened on April 12, 2019.
